The Strap Lok is of a ballistic nylon material that fits comfortably in your regular shoe. Seamless arch fits the contour of your foot and doesnt irritate the bottom of your foot. Full elastic back virtually eliminates the chance for blistering. Sized according to shoe size as follows: X-Small for Mens shoe sizes 3-5, Womens 4-6. Small for Mens shoe sizes 6-7, Womens 7-9. Medium for Mens shoe sizes 8-10, Womens 10-11. Large for Mens shoe sizes 11-12, Womens 12-13. X-Large for Mens shoe sizes 13-14, Womens 14 and over. XX-Large, for Mens shoe sizes 15 and over.
