Lumiscope Golden Crown Truss Double, Medium
bulky, uncomfortable and very difficult to adjust. item must fit snuggly but the adjustment straps are nearly impossible to adjust for a comfortable fit; although it can relief the pain somewhat of an inguinal hernia, the trade off is an ever irritating fit. sadly, surgery looks to be the only alternative i have.

Minimum size of "Large" seems to be my 40" waist when cinched down
with the tapes and buckles in back, out to max about 44".
Wish Descriptions had mentioned limits but luckily my guess worked.
Item contains metal components- buckles and a steel strips in each pad
that will set of Airport Security : )
I bent the pad's metal insert inward for better effect- works fine.
wear it UNDER the underwear, folks, not like the picture
and no on will know. No need to remove unit for #1
but should unsnap for #2.
Typically best to re-cinch things when putting on rather than trying to use the 2 front snaps and previous settings as it is all quite a tight fit. I prefer this over the other (more expensive)
underwear-style Velcro set item which has NO metal bracing
and instead was unpleasantly tight all over like a corset and did not work to hold in the protrusion much anyway.
Overall: Does the job till my op. More than satisfied.
Buy one first THEN buy "Laundry Spare(s)"
in case first fitting not quite right.

I ordered the double truss as single not available. I had no hint as to the proper size so just guessed at medium large. It fit fairly well. However, the double pads for the hernia would have necessitated all new trousers as made pelvic area a lot larger. Amazon should carry more models and have a guide as to waist sizes.
