1 out of 5 stars Meadium size is too tight for size 32.   November 16, 2008
I bought meadium size thrusses for my 95 years old father . He is size 32. The medium size trusses were too tight for him.

5 out of 5 stars Hernia Truss   November 15, 2008
Lumiscope Support Truss, Medium Large I've been all over the net trying to find support for a hernia that has broken through the intestinal wall into the testicle, the Lumiscope truss offers great support in this area with a couple adjustments. Without the adjustments they do pinch in this area. I did have to sew them closed where easy access pannels were located in the crotch to prevent the pinch. All in all I give the truss five stars.

1 out of 5 stars Hernia Briefs   November 1, 2008
These briefs run really small, I used the measurement suggested however the briefs and belting would not fit the measurements of my hips.

4 out of 5 stars Does the Job   September 4, 2008
A little uncomfortable, and your scrotum has the nasty habit of falling out of a slit on the bottom. But for the price, and what it does, it's def worth buying.

4 out of 5 stars comfortable, but wear briefs   August 31, 2008
Pay attention to the other reviews, they are correct. The instructions state that you don't need to wear additional undergarments, but I found that the fly in the front of the unit can lead to very uncomfortable situations. Wearing "tighty whities" (briefs) under the truss solves that problem. Or, as one reviewer suggested, sew the thing shut. I wore it while waiting for surgery and it was fairly comfortable and allowed me to work. Buy two as the instructions suggest, one to wear and one to wash. I took it in the shower with me and then hung it up to dry. By the next day the truss was ready to wear. Lots of spandex in the construction.
