I would say it is not really comfortable.It seems I need to buy shoes one size bigger to feet this heel protector.

I really like these. I have a narrow long foot and rarely find shoes that fit. When I saw these I thought I had found the solution. I wore them in my shoes for several comfortable days. Until they fell off. And they don't restick. Trashed. But it was a great few days.
