good insoles, but not very moldable April 5, 2007

They're good insoles, and provide a lot of support for the arch, but not much else. I bought these because of it's advertised as being moldable, in that you can place them in boiling water for two minutes and then mold them to fit your foot. I followed the instructions carefully, but the insole is virtually the same, except that it's now a little more rounded to the heel. Given the opportunity again, I would rather go to a shoe shop or athletic shop to try on what they have there before buying it first.
