What it is?
iTouchless Stainless Steel Automatic Electric Pepper Mill/Salt is ideal for dinner parties featuring salads and steaks that taste better with fresh-ground pepper and sea salt.
How it works?
Just press the button on top and let the mill go to work. The stainless steel grinding mechanism can be adjusted from fine to coarse, and a light will turn on automatically at the bottom when you activate the mill to help with accurate portion control at night. The nut underneath the mill controls the texture: turn clockwise for a finer grind, counterclockwise for coarser. Powered by 4 AA-sized batteries.

These are nice grinders. They require 4 AA batteries each. They have a light, so that you can see how much you are putting on something. They don't put out a lot of salt or pepper at a time. So if you like it heavy, you'll have to grind for quite a while. Worth the money though.
Pretty useful December 7, 2008
These grinders not only work as advertised, they're much less expensive than the previous electric pepper mill I bought. The only difference from the more expensive mills is the end cap that must be removed before use as opposed to a twist-open ring. Great value.

A really nice item. Not big and clunky, but with enough power to get the job done. Grinding size is adjustable. The light shining on where the pepper lands is really nice; lets you see just how much pepper you are putting on your food. Not noisy, either.

The first set I ordered didn't work at all(neither one) so, I returned them. The second set worked but, they don't work well. They both grind but, put out a very small amount of pepper. I'm very disapointed.
