Excellent foot bath! September 5, 2008
Excellent foot bath with good heat. Many are lukewarm -- not this one. Fills and empties easily. Features work well, but I use it mostly without the massaging add-on "caps" -- they just pop off too easily to bother. Loud -- so if you suffer from hearing loss it may be difficult to hear the TV while using this. Not impossible -- just turn it up! Always use a large towel under this bath or the gurgling water will soak your floor under certain conditions (especially if you overfill or move around a lot). But it's a great, well-respected unit. Very well-built.

After reading reviews on many other foot spas/baths, I decided to give this one a try for my wife on Mother's Day. I don't regret it, at all. Fully worth the money.

The heater can be a little hot for extended use, but much better to have to turn the heater off than not being able to heat water.

The little spinny tools are not completely worthless, but if you are buying this product based on that feature, you will be sorely disappointed. Fortunately, I had no expectation that the tools would be all that useful, although my wife was a bit disappointed, it was pretty short lived after soaking in hot water with the vibration running.

The only nice to have would be to have completely independent controls for heat, vibration, jets, etc.

While it is true that the water gets hot and stays hot, and the spa bubbles feel very nice, there is a problem. It is so noisy that conversation must cease, and don't even think about listening to music or a movie while the the are jets on (unless you use headphones). Also, even sitting across the room from it, a companion will feel the vibration through the floor and furniture. I find it an irritating appliance to be around. Also, it is a bit awkward to clean out, and the only way to really do a good job of it is to use a long bristled brush to reach in between the ribs of the sole plates. None the less, this spa is a favorite indulgence for my teenager.

I purchased this foot spa without the one minute manicure. I LOVED IT! After researching several different spa's and reading alot of reviews, I
was definately afraid to purchase one in fear of ending up with a piece of crap. I received it today and enjoyed every moment of it. The water stayed hot. Maybe a little too warm for some people (I liked it). The jets were comfortable and only blew at the top of the feet (the toes) but when you had the aeration turned on you didn't notice. The only down sides where the fact that the water was below ankles, the accupressure roller foot plate was a bit uncomfortable (maybe I'm just not use to it), and it was a little noisey but none of these were a cause for me to give it a low mark. Overall, I say if you like the fact that the water stays hot and it does it's job then I say go for it. OH! I can't rate the goes from cold water to hot because I didn't try it. I was too impatient to wait. I also didn't try the pedicure attachments yet.

I have tried a number of these foot spas and usually am disappointed that the bubbles make the hot water cold. Not this one! After 20 minutes of bubbles, the heat of the water was the same if not a tad warmer than what I had put in. I am impressed and quite pleased.
