1 out of 5 stars Not worth the money   March 7, 2007

This foot bath has a lot of options, but other than a machine-like vibrating massage, it's better to spend $30 on a foot bath that is sure to be disappointing, rather than spending $85 and be just as disappointed. The water temperature is tepid, only slightly warm. The infrared heat pad provides no more warmth. The "pedicure center" and "pressure activated center" are the same thing -- pumice, brush and a couple of small round noded attachments are supposed to be activated by a toe touch. Actually, to use one of these small attachments so that it doesn't spin off of the little place it's supposed to attached to, just above the infrared "pad," it requires twisting your body and foot into an abnormal position to keep the attachment from disengaging and flying off. It takes almost no time to remove calluses and dry skin with a pumice stone, that costs no more than $3, and if I want to soak my feet in something other than barely warm water, the bathtub does the trick. This product was a complete waste of money.

5 out of 5 stars i love it!   February 16, 2007

i had another foot spa (the homedics bubble bliss plus) that i bought for about $30 and it said it heated the water but as soon as the bubbles were turned on, the water would get cold. then after 2 yrs it started leaking from the bottom. i wanted to replace it with one which actually did what it claimed it would (heat up the water). this product does just that. it takes warm water and makes it hot in just a few minutes and the bubbles and jets are great and relaxing. the only negatives, are the attachments and loud noise. the attachments do not stay put and i dont think are very necessary. but other than that this product is worth the money!

I recieved this as a gift from my husband, and I have to say that I am very impressed with it. Not only does the water not get cold, it heats up so hot, that sometimes you have to turn it down. The cheaper counterparts dont even compare. All of the massages pieces and pumice stone type things are great too. You will want to use this every night. I had my reservations about the high price, but honestly its great, enjoy, and try not to fall asleep.
