1 out of 5 stars disappointment   November 22, 2008
I was looking forward to using my spine worx until I received it. I guess I should have asked what worx means. It said it was developed by a chiropractor so I figured there must have been a real study done. I have it for two weeks now and I will try it a little longer. I had several people try it too and nobody was impressed with it.

5 out of 5 stars Spine Worx Works   October 21, 2008
Cool. Spine-worx is cool.

After a few hours on the pc, my back would start to feel sore right in between the shoulders. I can lay down on the worx, slowly relax and my upper back pops and the tension is gone. It's very, very nice. I don't know how healthy it is to keep popping one's back, but it has replaced any foreseeable chiropractor visits.

The product itself is of decent quality, firm plastic; the rubbery yellow trails are soft enough. I'm 6'2", (solid) 210lbs and it fit my frame fine. My wife is 5'0" and she felt it was too high of an arch for her lower back. I'm not sure how it would work (or feel) on a "heavier" person, but for the price, I wouldn't let it hold you back.

In fact, I think I'll use it right now!

5 out of 5 stars Relief from lower back pain   October 17, 2008
The spine-Worx is uncomfortable at first, but seems be beneficial. It takes about a week or so to get used to it. I use it twice a day, seven minutes at a time, and it is helping with my lower back pain. I use it after I get off my inversion table.

5 out of 5 stars Love it!   October 9, 2008
I love this product. I have a rib that gets out of place from time to time and I spend $50.00 to go to the doc and get it popped back in. This product takes care of that for me, when I need it at no additional charge! LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

1 out of 5 stars Take a Gamble with your $35 - I Did   October 4, 2008

Got back problems? Like so many I did so want to find a solution without going to the doctor/chiropractor regularly. I read about this devise on Amazon and decided what the heck, it is only $35.

I got some relief, but it is minor, like the kind you get when pressing your back with your hand or a chair. I don't like reviews within days or weeks, so I've tried this devise for 2 months. Doesn't work (for me). Maybe many of the reviewers here found a solution, and if so then it is certainly a small amount to pay for the item. However, I bought this as a gamble, and consider it to be a loss. Good luck to you if you try it. I will move on to an inversion table. Just for reference, I don't have major back problems, just play intense racquetball and lift weights which bother my back.
