 don't buy it January 19, 2008
We bought one, the roller in the one side snapped off. We returned it and got another one. Now the exact same thing happened. The roller in the one side snapped off. The person using it is a 77 year old man, so it isn't like he is being rough with it or has muscular legs. The massager has a defect. I am fighting for my money back now. Amazon says it is past the 30 days for a refund.

Otterman is bigger than I expected. But delivery fast fair and responsible. My Mom does not like the otterman but I do!!! Reasonable priced, next is how long will it work before needing to repair. Time will be the ultimate judge, but at this point I would recommend it friends!!

I bought this for my handicapped wife and we used it 3 times.4th time,paddle on right side broke. Should have went with the crappy reviews and not bought it.
Total junk, BTW warranty is 2 years,BUT you have to pay to ship it to HOM and back. I had the unit for UNDER 20 days and its broken
JUNK!!!
Buy another brand

How can one say enough about this?! A friend told me about this after she got one... and I am glad I listened to her! I have multiple health problems with my legs, ankles and feet and being no exception. I have pain and swelling almost constantly. I am not able to have a person around to help with massaging the swelling out from the feet up the legs so this will help with some much needed relief when I am in need of it! Elevating my legs by laying down helps but with this I can actually get some relief and feel relaxed for some time after using. I would say the twenty minutes it will stay on is not enough but then again I am grateful for the relief! The controls are not easy for me to reach as I am not flexible anymore. I have to put my legs down beside it and tilt it to get to the controls since it sits close to the chair in order to have it at proper position for use. In spite of the minor problem reaching the controls I am very grateful for it! Thank you so much to the company who made it and the person(s) who designed it!

I just ordered this for my husband for his birthday. He comes home and was totally surprised. He tried it out and was totally loved it. After all of the reviews that I read, I have noticed that there isn't a loud noise, and it fits perfectly with any size leg. And as for the price, I've searched other websites and this was the most reasonable price anywhere. I definately recommend this for anyone!!
