This is an awesome device to have! I was initially looking for a good head massager and then I came across this. It's specifically designed to be used on your lumbar area but it does work well for the neck and head regions or wherever else you would like to have massaged.

This is the best thing that has happened too my thirty year plus aching back. It simply works. I have been able to easily position it to reach all the areas that cause me difficulty. Do yourself a favor and try this. Oh, sweet relief.

I cannot say enough great things about this simple, compact massage pillow. It simulates a real massage better than any other massage device that I have tried. The four rotating massagers are perfectly spaced to access the areas of the upper, middle, and lower back that tend to hold tension or become knotted. The pillow has an attahced strap that allows you to stand up or sit down while it works its magic. By using it while sitting on a couch, you can control the amount of pressure the massager applies to the back by pinning it between your back and the couch, and moving forward for less pressure and backward for more pressure. It comes with a great little carrying case. This is a great device to use when you cannot always schedule regular massage sessions or between sessions.

Excellent lumbar massager... but you can use it for your upper back and neck too, if you position it correctly. I love deep massages and this helps me in between my scheduled deep tissue massages.

This product was very painful when I used it. It also hurt my fiance. It was not comfortable. Using it for just a minute made my back hurt worse than before I used it. I would not recomend this to anyone.
