This Hydra-gel Massager really works and is an excellent value. There are two vibration speeds and I find the unit is just the right size for massaging my lower-back while I sit on a couch. I bought the massager on hunch that it would help with lower-back pain and it does. Plus, when using the infrared lens (one of four different types included in the box) the massager really heats up and relaxes my muscles. It's quite a pleasant feeling to experience the heat and vibrations at the same time. Your body will love it. This unit plugs into an outlet, rather than charging internal batteries, so the vibrations are consistent. The Hydra-gel, the gel is between the handle base and the vibrating part, is lightweight and would fit in most travel bags. Recommended.
