 Not Exactly as Described December 17, 2008
Throughout the description of this item it claims that it has a 10 foot extension pole. There is no questionable wording-it includes a 10 foot extension pole. When I received my order from GETORGANIZED it plainly stated that it is only an 8 foot extension pole. I emailed them and they claimed that the wording in the description is misleading.
The extension length was what made me buy this product online at Amazon and not a similar item from a local store. When I saw that it was only 8 feet I was disappointed. No others commented on this type of problem, I wonder if I was a special case.
Disappointing December 3, 2008
I bought this to change a very high lightbulb. While I can reach the bulb, the suction does not hold well enough to twist the bulb out, so it is quite frustrating. I am sure the other attachments will come in handy at some point.
Product as hoped for November 22, 2008
Ordered this as a gift for someone who had an extremely high ceiling fan. After reading the reviews I was a little worried that I wouldn't get the ceiling fan attachment. Alas, God answers prayer! The attachment was included and the extension pole seems very sturdy with a good reach!! The gift was gratefully received and put to work. :-)
Very good for the price August 6, 2008
The package arrived promptly, however, with far too much packing material and an oversized box. The product is every bit worth the price. The extension pole is smoothly and easily operable and is very sturdy. I highly recommend this product
