The company that sold the lymph edema glove were very responsive to me. I had ordered the wrong hand glove and I needed to return the glove and order a new one, which I did directly from the company for the same exact price. They allowed me to return the one I ordered through Amazon. I was completely satisfied with the company, but not really satisfied with the product, although I kept it and am using it. I think the order form was a little confusing to me and that is why I made the mistake in the first place.
