5 out of 5 stars Helped my foot problem   August 4, 2008
These little cushions are just the ticket. The fact that they are small helps over the whole shoe types in that you can position them just right. They helped my foot pain a lot. A very smart purchase.

I've tried a number of inserts. I use them for social dancing in heels and I HATE heels. This slim and light poron insert is just the right size to fit into heels without making the toe box too small. The pad is fairly thin and would need replacing but I prefer it over the heavier, stickier gel inserts. This has an adhesive backing to keep the insert from moving should you choose to use it . I buy these in bulk because I use these in many shoes and will be replacing them when they wear out. I accept that foam wears out but still prefer it to other materials since everything else about it works so well for me. The shape works well for the ball of my foot too (leaves room for toes in height and depth and doesn't get in the way).

4 out of 5 stars Love it!   December 12, 2007
I've been looking for this product everywhere. I just to be able to purchase this product at my local drugstore or Wal-Mart, but for some reason they are no longer being stocked; wo when I found it here, I was very excited and ordered it. This product works great and I highly recommend it.

These are the best things ever for anyone with a sensitive ball of the foot. It doesn't even take up too much room in couture shoes like many other similar products. I've tried similar products, but there is no substitute. And they don't slide around in your shoe either.

5 out of 5 stars Foot Pads for Ball of Foot   June 9, 2007

I have a problem wearing high heeled shoes because of the stress on the ball of my foot. As a result, I always need to wear some type of foot pad to provide additional cushion. I have tried many different types and brands of foot pads and find that the ProFoot Bottom of the Foot Cushion works the best. It isn't too bulky in the shoe, stays in place and provides an excellent level of cushion. One of the key issues for me is that it stays in place, because many of the other kinds do not. The pads do need to be replaced after a while, especially if you wear the shoes a lot, because the foam compresses over time. However, I consider that type of wear to be a sign that it is working!
