Worthless January 5, 2009 I submitted one review to Amazon already, - apparently they must have deemed it too negative to publish? Now they send me an invitation to review, - like i might have changed my opinion, possibly? in short - this item is worthless, IMO...and may even be harmful, IMO. I'm not a doctor or a health professional BUT i am a PF sufferer, and i'm a good observer.....it doesn't work as described, and in my case at least altered my walking locomotion in such a way that added to pain in my ankles and stressed my knees. Not good, not good at all. Message Ends.
It helped me November 21, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Every health-related item affects people differently. I tried a lot of fancy expensive things that didn't help my P/F. This little strap has helped me far more than anything, and worth a try.

This item has been helpful with my plantar facititis. Thankyou for the prompt delivery.
Poor September 12, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Brace does not do anything to support the arch. It's just a piece of material velcroed around your foot. Does not help pull up your arch.
Try something else instead. August 17, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
The idea sounds good; however, its practical application is a way far from perfect. A regular arch support insert that can be purchased nearly everywhere does much better job then this one, not to mention that inserts don't use straps, and therefore, don't hurt the top your feet.
