i have found this stuff only ONE time in a brick and mortar store! it is not widely available, to say the least. but it has worked for me, and in extreme situations. i am a backpacker, and i use slik stik when i am on the trail. it made an almost miraculous change in my blister prone feet! in over 150 miles of backpacking, i got only one blister while using slik stik! i would imagine it would be just as effective in everyday walking, too.
