I have plantar faciatis, and could not run without limping for 3 days! These are a miracle product. I have used hard insoles before, these are superior by far!

 Not for dressy shoes September 7, 2008
The arch support was solid, but these cushions were too thick to wear comfortably with dressy flats. Maybe they work better with athletic shoes?

I've been wearing these for years and I love them! I have very high arches and my feet pronate (roll towards the inside). Shoes aren't comfortable unless I have some sort of arch support. I've tried a variety of brands, but these are by far my favorite. I buy a new pair every year or two.
