Product Description The Podiatrist's Prescription for Pain Relief! New Powerstep Pinnacle offers unexceled comfort and relief from heel and arch pain and related ailments. Pinnacle, a unique podiatric support system, was designed by Dr. Les Appel from computer scans of thousands of feet. Powerstep Pinnacle provides the perfect blend of foot control, spring, and life-long cushioning for those who are seeking greater comfort than other products on the market. By eliminating excessive inward rolling motion of the foot, Powerstep Pinnacle virtually eliminates pain or strain in your heel and arch, and even your ankles, knees, and lower back. Powerstep Pinnacle is more comfortable because of its 4-step system. The prescription-like foot supports and heel cradles are sealed in two layers of foam - a new inner foam named Hypurcel that maintains its density and cushioning properties and a soft EVA outer foam. Pinnacle's permanent anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ETC. top fabric combats foot odor and helps keep feet drier. 4 Step System: 1) Strong, spring medical-grade foot supports calibrated for comfort 2) Unique Hypurcel - EVA casing for life-long cushioning from heel to toe 3) Heat and slip reducing anti-microbial ETC fabric for dryness 4) Heel cradle and platform to safeguard the heel during landing WARNING: These devices are not intended for people with severe foot deformities or suffering from circulatory diseases which result in infections or ulcerations on the bottom of the feet. In such circumstances, consult your podiatrist or medical professional before using. As with any product, consult a medical professional if pain persists. GUARANTEE: 30 day money back guarantee for any reason. Lifetime guarantee against breakage of plastic arch support (inside casing) when used under normal condistions.

Get them, Use them, They work. July 29, 2010 C. J. Lewis (Fresno CA) The title says it all. These inserts are the best investment you can make to get rid of foot, leg, knee, hip and back pain. You have to use them. They will not work sitting in a box on the shelf. I have been using them for a couple of years now and have been pain free. BIG SMILE
Love 'um July 16, 2010 Red Charlie I have recently obtained Plantar Fascitis. Hurt like the dickens! Tried the drug store pads and ensoles (even cut hole in the heel of some) but nothing helped very much. These Pinnacle's by Powerstep (they seem to be called several names, but - Amazon had the best price)really help. They were somewhat of a pain to swap to different shoes, so I got another pair. (Be sure to remove existing ensoles when using these). After much study I also got some heel cups which I also love (easier to swap and don't have to remove original ensoles). Another thing that worked for me was stretching calf(for at least 30 second intervals several times a day)mixed with exercising (lifting self on toes until the calf burns). With all of this combined I have (hopefully) somewhat put the pain to rest.
Excellent arch support July 15, 2010 Reader1969 (Chicago, IL) Very good arch support - helped me ease the heel pain associated with Plantar Fascitis. Keep in mind that they are a bit on a thicker side, but overall they are excellent.
Not enough arch support July 15, 2010 Laura Herbertson (PA) I've had plantar fasciitis for several months now. I bought these because they were rated very high by other sufferers. I guess I was expecting these insoles to cure the problem, which might've been too much to ask.
First, let me say they have great heel cushion. They slid into my sneaker very easily, and after a few steps, I could tell the shock absorption was much better than what I'd been using.
I kept the exercise easy, walking the dog around the neighborhood. I still had pain, but it was not as bad. I figured the pain would take a few days to go away.
It didn't. I still have pain, which is why I rated this 4 stars. I stretch every morning, several times during the day, I ice it, I take ibuprofen, I massage it, I do strengthening exercises...I thought shoe inserts would be the thing I needed to get rid of plantar fasciitis once and for all. It helped dull the pain a little more, but these aren't a cure.
I think the problem is I need more arch support. One reviewer recommend hard foam in addition to these inserts. I agree with that. I fold a paper towel, shape it to my arch, then tape it into my shoe. That seems to be working in combination with all the stretching and icing. Still, I think an insert should provide more arch support than this one does.
comfort to the max July 7, 2010 James H. Camacho III (Cicero, IL) I had planter fasciitis the doctor gave me a shot in my foot. After, that she recommended insert from powerstep. They work great on my feet. Now,I got comfort to the max.
