I've tried to get rid of my cellulite with diet and tons of exercise. It helps but not enough. Sometime the cellulite just doesn't go away because of poor circulation. This helps your circulation and possibly loosen the fat cells and shrink (I hope). I noticed an improvement the second day I used this. I use it to rub in Fat Girl Slim (also Bliss). The surface of my skin on the back of my thighs improved about 40%. It's not as bumpy and leaves your skin smooth. Going to feel a lot better about wearing my swimsuit this summer. I'm very pleased and will continue to use it.
