These towels are advertised to be great for quick-drying hair both on pets and people. We tried it on our dog and on my medium length hair. It certainly was not a better towel than our regular bath towels. I don't recommend them at all.

Great purchase. I'm not a fan of trying to balance a towel on the top of my head while my long hair dries. I have hair well past my shoulders and this covers and dries it well. The towel is very light weight and wraps snuggly around your head. Can't even compare this to a regular towel, it absorbs way more water without squeezing/tousling your hair... just wrap it tightly for a few minutes and then hair is barely damp. Would be better if there was a color choice... the white gets dirty pretty easily.

Not exactly a good sized towel if you have hair past your shoulders. It is hard to wrap longer hair. Altho, it does seem to draw out more water than a regular towel.
