I enjoyed the way it was packaged, letting me know good and well I was the first one to use this tool: it works fine... I don't know enough to know whether it's the best out there, but it works well for its job.

Worth every penny!! I need to order another one for travel! It does a fantastic job with my cuticles. I've tried a few other products and this one is great for fingers and toes.

Saw my nail girl using this and ordered my own. Be careful with use. If aggressive, it damages the nail itself and I learned a serious lesson. Use gently and it works wonders. My Dr. Husband enjoys its use also.
