I ordered three of these trays. The good news is that all three arrived without damage. They come wrapped in styroform in each box; Amazon didn't put too much air packing in the delivery box, but they were fine. However, there are some quality control issues. Only one of the three was in gift-giving condition. One of them has the silver flecked off in three places along one bevelled edge, and one of them has loose border pieces. I decided to not go through the hassle of returning them because I was not sure that the replacements would not have similar problems. Also, they are about what you can expect in paying $10.45 net for each after application of the current coupon special. The suggested retail is $21.99; if I had paid this amount, i.e., more than double what I paid, I definitely would have returned the defective ones. As to looks, I would not confuse these with expensive trays, primarily because of the workmanship, but the mirrors are very clear, and they will function well for me and for my teenaged granddaughter.

I just furnished my bedroom with new furniture and I suddenly remembered buying my daughter a vanity tray, but couln't remember where I bought it. I started looking in catalogs and found a vanity tray quite similar like this one but was 3 times costly. Very satisfied with my tray. I'm glad I took the time to search the internet for one.
