I bought this product because my sister endorsed it. Loved it! It files my heels,leaving them smooth, not scratchy. Be careful not to get carried away though. It doesn't really feel like your doing much to your heel because of the smooth texture. It's not rough like a pumice file. So be careful not to rub too hard. And then finish up by putting on a lotion like Amlactin. And your heels won't look like grandma's anymore!
