5 out of 5 stars They're nail clippers... and they definitely work   August 24, 2008
I bought these for my boyfriend a while ago, who had been using scissors on a Swiss Army knife to cut his nails (sometimes I just don't get it...)
So, while I don't use them often, I have borrowed them on occasion (I spend a lot of time away from my own stuff-- and his work fine too)
They do look nice (I'm a fan of the stainless look) and cut well and even though they're only nail clippers, $9 wasn't a fortune to pay.
The toenail clippers are actually a bit too large for my smaller toes, but for a man's toes they're fine. They're sturdy, stainless , and a well known brand.
I'd say these are worth the $9

3 out of 5 stars Satisfactory   May 26, 2008
While these are well made products, they are not worth the money. Nothing special here, but does get it's job done.

2 out of 5 stars Not a clean cut   March 28, 2008
 3 out of 3 found this review helpful

Pros:
* They look good
Cons:
* Cut is not clean- thin flap left holding the trimming to the nail so that you then have to tear or pull the trimming off and then file the ragged edge.
* blades are tall and vertical so that it's a challenge to get them under the nail (between the nail and fingertip).

5 out of 5 stars These are serious...   March 11, 2008
These are serious... At least more so than the cheap-o ones I was dealing with! These feel solid and clip great.

5 out of 5 stars Good Product   March 6, 2008
I found them to be solid and sharp and at a great price for this product.
