Product was in great condition and was as described. The razor has a nice weight to it, the brush could be a little heavier though.

I am revising my review after another week of use. I received this set as a gift. The smallish brush is practically junk, with poor lathering, balance and grip especially when compared to both an inexpensive badger brush that came in a Art of Shaving starter set (from Costco) as well as a handmade english brush that cost about the same price as this set. Also, it is difficult to hang the brush as illustrated without it almost interferring with the soap. The lather on the soap included in this set is not a full as the soap including in the Art of Shaving starter set or the soaps readily available Caswell Massey and Crabtree and Evenly. The razor does have a nice feel and weight. But with this set, you get less than you pay for.

The set performs as good as it looks. The brush whips up a nice lather and feels good and the razor gives a great shave as well as feeling good in the hand.
