I like the product, but the battery connector plate, very small and inside the casing, broke almost immediately. I can work with it by placing it 'just so,' and the result is good, but the fact that it broke so quickly and without any apparent cause is bothersome. I had used this product for years before re-ordering it here and like it; figure this may have just been a fluke. Will re-order at a later date.
