works as advertised November 2, 2007 I read complaints about the gel version of the heel liners and got these gray ones instead. I've worn them with two pairs of shoes, and they are super comfortable! These shoes which previously slipped and hurt my heels do not slip at all anymore! I love it!
good investment September 10, 2007 These liners make all my shoes feel comfy, even heels and flats. I wear a narrow width and usually have to buy strappy shoes. The liners let me wear regular shoes without straps. The adhesive is much better than the Dr. Scholl's For Her liners (the clear ones). They work best on clean, new shoes that don't fit too tightly.
Exactly what I needed to stop blisters and prevent heel slipping August 10, 2007 I bought these heel liners on Amazon because I could no longer find them at Target. Instead, another type of heel liner made out of a rubbery gel is being sold. I read reviews on those heel liners and most people said they do not prevent blisters.
I have used these heel liners with several pairs of shoes--3" heels to flats. They work really great! I had problems with the heel of my foot slipping out of the shoe, and these stopped it. They also prevent blisters on my heels (another big plus!) They are comfortable and I barely notice them. I don't think they make my shoes fit tighter, but I have pretty slender feet to begin with and like to wear socks with my heels.
The only reason I haven't given these 5 stars is because they only come in one color (gray). I wish they came in black, creme, and white to be better disguised in my shoes. That way, when others are at my house and see my shoe collection, they don't notice the heel liners. Also, the cushion (although thin to begin with), gets pretty worn down with use. I guess this is true with any product so I like to purchase the pack of 6 to keep them handy.
I'm very dissatisfied as well May 25, 2007 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
I hated this product too!
I did some sleuthing and found out the contact info for Dr. Scholl's. When I spoke to them on the phone, they said to write a letter and explain why you are dissatisfied.

Simply the BEST! May 25, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
They are so comfortable!!!!! Before getting these babies, I would have to put band-aids on my heel so that they don't burn from my shoes by the end of the day. Once I got these, it was buh-bye band-aid!! They make shoes fit so much better (especially if they are a bit loose to begin with). I have had no problem with my shoes causing irritation on my heels ever since.
I used to buy these things at Target for about $4, but they don't sell them anymore. Instead, they have replaced them with the Dr. Scholl's For Her heel liner (the clear gel kind that the previous reviewer mentioned). I tried these but they were horrible. I was so disappointed with Dr. Scholl's. Why did they have to replace something that was already great? The clear gel heel liner is not soft and comfortable. Instead, they roll up after a little bit of walking and won't stay stuck on to the heel of my shoes! It's so frustrating. Therefore, I decided to order a six-pack of the original gray heel liners from Amazon.com. I've had enough of those crappy clear gel ones!
