I recieved today, tried to use every fuctions. My conclusion about this rubbish is that I being felt that I was cheated by other good reviews...All of them gave 4 stars.. So I believed that it will be fine.
But you know what?? This one never make water hot. Only conserving or maintaining it which is originally hot water. And The depth is so short. hen it works, water drops came out of it, made my carpet wet. I will not use this...Just I will think I was stupid to buy this. I lost around $100 including shipping. What? I don't know about voting buttons. I just expressed my opinion. It,s is Rubbish. Oh...I forgot one thing. A tag is attached at side like "IMPORTANT the 'heat' feature of this appliance is ONLY for MAINTAINING or CONSERVING water heat. IT WILL NOT heat cold water. I think this rubbish value is less than 5 dollars Because I can use bucket to enjoy hot water. Never buy. Strongly not recommend.

I am a diabetic and the reason they say not to use it if you are a diabetic is that some diabetic may have nerve damage and may not feel if you are burning your self. If you have good foot health and don't have any cracks or sores on your feet then you CAN use the foot spas. Actually soaking feet and pumicing them help to keep your feet supple and healthier and will help keep your feet from cracking from calluses and cracks. I got this info from my doc.

It's a great foot spa. It's super quiet and definately does the job. I do have to comment, it's not Amazon's responsibility to tell those with diabetes what they can and cannot use.

5 out of 5 stars So far so good!   May 29, 2007

I am a reflexologist and I use this in my practice. I had a Dr. Scholl's foot spa that just "died" after 7 years of heavy use and I'm hoping this will also be as long-lived and reliable. It is much easier to clean than my previous one and it is so convenient to not have the cord dragging around for me to trip on with the multiple fills and uses it gets each day! It is also much quieter than some of the cheaper foot spas.

4 out of 5 stars diabetics   May 6, 2007
There should be something in the description of the product which warns diabetics from ever soaking their feet unless directed to do so by a physician. The spa, in and of itself, is very easy to use and comforting to the feet. Would recommend to anyone without diabetes.
