The 1/2 inch Troy curling brush is awesome. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a smaller curling brush. After my last hair cut the hair in the crown area was too short for my 3/4 curling brush and I had to use mini size rollers to get the hair to curl. I was very happy to find that Amazon had the Troy 1/2 inch curling brush. This curling brush has very hot heat and I can get my hair curled easily without the hassle of trying to get the hair to go around a bigger brush.

It heats up really well, but it's too long. When you use it on the back of your hair, your other hand not holding the brush tends to get burned. also, the bristles don't clutch the hair. I have another larger one, and it has small bulbs at the top of each bristlel that grabs the hair.

I find most companies take advantage of Alaska costumers by shipping UPS when most products can be sent first class or parcel post. I spent three times the prices of the product on mailing. This product would not have been purchased if I could have found it somewhere else with cheaper freight.

The curling brush works really good. The tip is too hot to hold onto though. I would recommend this curling brush for people with short fine hair. I am still looking for a 3/8 inch curling brush if anyone knows where I can get one.

I have rather short hair and none of the hot brushes will do the trick they are all too big,this is the perfect diameter but this size is hard to find. It works great , I bought two of them
