Good value! November 20, 2008 Love it--Does what it's supposed to do, well made, and not expensive. Move it around to relax shoulders, back. Easy to use too. I found it works best for me at lowest setting with heat.
Lived up to expectations November 11, 2008 My wife has major medical problems and we bought this to relieve pain in her neck and shoulders. We also bought the HoMedics NMSO-100 neck and shoulder massagers and a HoMedics QRM-400H back massager and they work well in combination to relieve pain and stress. Our only complaint is that there is a small area of the upper back that neither units reaches effectively. In combination they are a great product that works as advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend them both to our friends.
Homedics NMSQ-100 Neck & Shoulder Massager July 26, 2008 I bought this because I am at my computer a lot during the day and night and I get a lot of tight muscles built up in my neck and shoulders that can end up giving me a headache. I use this as soon as I feel the tightness start to come on and that way it doesn't get to build up. It is run by batteries or I can plug it in. Since I am sitting at the computer, I usually just plug it in and save on buying batteries. If I need to get up for something, I just turn it off and take it off. It is very easy to operate and put on and off. I highly recommend this to anyone who gets tension headaches.

Sound like a cool idea, but it's ineffective; the heater is more effective than the vibration
One spot only neck vibrator February 5, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
A waste of money. I assumed because it wrapped around my neck, that it would massage around my neck. It only "vibrates" in one spot behind my neck. Also, because it is bulky and does not fit snuggly around my neck(sits on shoulders), I do not notice any heat. I tried to give this away but it was returned. We dropped off at a local donation site.
