I love these inserts, they add so much more comfort for my feet. They're great for boots.
If you're looking for something to support the balls of your feet more, I may have seen a different Dr. Scholl's product for that. (it looked like strips which you will put under the balls of your feet)
Otherwise, this is a very nice product (it doesn't get dirty like the cloth ones, plus you can just wash these if you like).
Couldn't imagine wearing heels without them... September 6, 2007
I wear a lot of heels, especially high heels since I'm short. However, I do a lot of walking at work and my feet often hurt. I love these insoles because they really do provide comfort and support them I'm wearing heels.
However, they only help for a couple of hours. I went to a wedding recently and they worked great with my heels however, my feet did start to hurt after a 5 or 6 hours of constant moving around. I still love them though! I definitely recommend them.

For the folks who complain about no support in the ball of the foot, think about this... is there room in every shoe for every woman to add thickness under the ball of her foot? No. But most shoes are open above the heel and arches, so there is room to expand up. That's probably why these were designed this way. They work especially well for me. I LOVE these inserts! I use them constantly on almost every shoe. My feet are a little wide so I can't afford any additional thickness in the ball area, but I love the cushion these give my heels and the support they give my archs - even & especially while dancing~ And I'm just thrilled to have found these on Amazon as a 3 pack, to save me some $$. I usually pay $12 for each set at the drugstore.

I found this product to be excellent, the only issue is that it is manufactured for sizes 6-10, however it does not protect the ball of the foot if placed in size 8 shoes as directed. However, I have placed them further inside my shoes and they get very comfortable after a few wears.
I would highly recommend to women with problem feet.

The Insoles only provide real comfort for the heals. The front part of the shoe is what needs the support and very little support is provided with this product. I could still feel the actual cement paving while I was walking on the parking lot. There is not enough support in this product. I tell you if a women developed and engineered this product my feet would not have been hurting at the end of the day. As a matter of fact my shoes were better off without the insoles.
