Fits nicely into the heel of a shoe that does not have any other protection

I really do love this product. I suffer from plantar fasciitis (spelling?) and experience a lot of heel pain. The pain was so bad that it had spread to my knee, and I could hardly bend it without extreme pain. I tried a lot of different things and nothing worked until I found the Halo Heel. The heel pain improved, and my knee pain disappeared. I use the Halo Heel with other arch support and the results are wonderful.

The pain from a heel spur on the bottom and back of my heel was almost unbearable. After wasting money trying other products, this one not only worked, but worked from the moment I put it on. Even though I am now free of pain, I still continue to wear these in my shoes (even my sandals and flip flops) to cushion my heals for comfort. I recommended this product to my foot doctor.

In early May, I purchased a pack of 4 ProFoot Halo Heels for my mother-in-law who has had many years of problems with bone spurs and arthritis in her feet. The Haol Heels seem to be working well for her; she says they are very comfortable. The only drawback is the adhesive is not strong enough to keep them in place so she glued them in (or could have used double-sided tape). For some this would not be an option if they wanted to put them in other shoes but for her this works just fine. Would buy this product again. Thank you for advertising it.
