these are great! i have problematic feet due to a painful chronic illness, and despite wearing strictly sneakers and expensive comfortable shoes, inevitably i need more support and cushion. i've tried all kinds from all varieties of dr scholl's to bestsole and spenco and walkfit... these are the best. they provided as much form-fitting support as my custom made orthotics [at a fraction of the price] and definitely gave more spring and strength UNDER my foot that i didn't eventually feel the pavement as i walked [which was the biggest problem with every other brand i'd tried]. if you feel at a loss for alleviating your foot pain but are tired of wasting money just to try another failed product, i'd say give them a try- for the money you can't go wrong, and if your problems are anything like mine i'm sure you'll find some relief with these [but dont suddenly expect to be able to run a marathon!]
