Works for Me! October 29, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I sometimes buy 'As Seen On TV' products for my retail store and decided to carry these. I took a unit home and was very suspicious that this thing really did all that it said, but, (as another view said) if it sharpened just half as well as they claimed, it would be worth it. I took a product home and used it on some old razors that I had and I was really surprised. All you have to do is insert your old razor head into the slot while still attached to the razor post for about 30 seconds and the blades are like new. I suspect that other users that gave 'Shave A Blade' may not of left the blade heads in the devise long enough or it just didn't work with their razor heads. I used it on Mach 3 and Schick Quadro and am very happy with the results.
All the best
Another As Seen on TV ripoff September 30, 2008 12 out of 18 found this review helpful
In no way does this make your blade last longer. Instead, you'll just cut yourself and rub raw places on your skin. Once it even modified the blade so that with every stroke, the blade left a perfect straight line of whiskers behind. It's only through the decrepit state of George W. Bush's Federal Trade Commission that a product like this is allowed on the shelves.
Broke after 3 weeks August 11, 2008 37 out of 38 found this review helpful
I thought if it makes my blades last even 50% longer, it would be worth the money, but I did try it for two weeks, and it did seem to make the blade last a little longer, thought it did not feel like a new blade. Then, after only about three weeks of use the small piece on the inside that actually spins and sharpens the blade broke. My buying advise: spend the $20 on a couple more blades, and skip this product.

This product does not work, at least on the Mach3 razors that I tried it on!!!
