The slippers were fine but I was disappointed in the company. They shipped the wrong size and we had a difficult time reaching them using the
phone number listed on the packing slip. They did take the slippers back and refunded the purchase price but have not responded to our request to also refund the shipping costs. We believe we should not have to pay two shipping fees since it was their error.
